Compress photos with Reclaim
- Install Reclaim on an Android device running Android 10 or later.
- Open Reclaim and choose Compress photos now.
- Grant the photo access the app needs to find the media you choose to process.
- Review the folders Reclaim can process. Use the folder controls to include or skip folders.
- Choose a compression level. A more storage-saving level may reduce file size further, with a greater chance of visible quality change.
- Start processing and review the results shown in the app.

Keep photos private
Reclaim performs photo processing on your device. Your photos are not sent to Reclaim’s servers for compression. Read the privacy policy for details about the limited anonymous app analytics used to improve the service.
Will every photo save the same amount?
No. Savings depend on the image and selected setting. Existing file format, image detail, and original quality all affect the result. Check the app’s reported outcome rather than expecting a fixed percentage.
